Lady Gaga turns 40 this weekend, and at her concert this week, she was emotional reflecting on 20 years of touring — thanking her fans for being there through all her "iterations."

Not my typical LinkedIn content. But as someone who works at the intersection of technology and human potential, I'm often asked what AI will replace.Standing in that stadium, the answer was clear: not this. Not her.

Creativity, passion, and the ability to make a crowd of strangers feel genuinely seen — that's irreducibly human.

However. I'm actually excited to see what Lady Gaga does WITH AI. If she isn't already using it, she will — and she'll find a way to use it as a creative partner to show us even more of what it means to be human.

That's what innovators like her do with every new tool. And that's why AI won't take my job, the person who knows how to use AI will take my job.
