Four engineers. All four women.

And it wasn't a panel about women in engineering — it was a Keynote Panel -Strengthening Health Systems at Scale through Partnership and Engineering at the Engineers Without Borders USA Conference. Catherine Mohr, Megan Lavery, and Melissa Montgomery, PE are out here changing the world, and I got to sit alongside them.

Sometimes we forget how far we come. When I was an engineering student or even as an engineering professor, I never would have seen this. And now...This was just a regular keynote.
