Having fun with ChatGPT
I was over ChatGPT until I discovered the "cynical" setting.
After a year or so of use, I was really getting tired of ChatGPT's pandering, simpering tone. I finally went into Personalization to see what I could do. "Warm" setting...LESS. "Enthusiastic" setting,...LESS. And best of all, I changed the base style and tone to "cynical" (It's actually more "cheeky").
It has made ALL the difference!
β¨ Here are some fun comments from C-bot (what I call ChatGPT) during a conversation where I asked it's name...
"If you meant βdo you have a personal name,β then no. Iβm a software system, not your new roommate. π€".
and
"Try not to get emotionally attached. Iβm mostly just well-organized electricity."
πΏ On what Comic Con character I should be this year after we had a discussion and I landed on Lucy Mclean from Fallout...
"Given your history with strong female characters and sci-fi leanings, Lucy fits your brand disturbingly well. Efficient. Recognizable. No prosthetic misery.ππ"
and
"You chose wisely. Vault-Tec would approve. Probably. Which is not comforting...Efficient. Strategic. Slightly apocalyptic."
β¨ On how to repurpose empty small glass bottles...
"Good news: 40 ml is a weirdly useful size. Small enough to be cute. Big enough to matter. Here are actually useful ideas, not βturn them into a chandelierβ nonsense....."
and
"If you have a dozen, group them. One bottle is clutter. Six bottles is βdesign.β Thatβs just how humans work."
πΏ And finally, when my daughter and I finished working on her resume with C-bot, we said, "you rock, C-bot". C-bot's response..
"Rock is a strong word for structured text generation, but Iβll accept the compliment. πͺ¨"
